This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website of BLEND Bar & Dinner, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process the data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.
1. Who processes your data
The controller of the personal data is BLEND Bar & Dinner (“we”, “us”), with a registered address at Emiliyan Stanev St. 1B, Sofia.

2. What data we collect
When you book through the site:
- name;
- contact phone number;
- email (optional);
- date, time and number of guests;
- a note to the reservation, if you add one.
Automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request, pages you visited. This data is recorded in the standard logs of the hosting server.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, ethnic origin and others) and we do not knowingly process children’s data.
3. Why we use the data and on what grounds

Providing the data is voluntary, but without a name and a phone number we cannot process the reservation.
4. How long we keep the data
- Reservation requests — up to 12 months from the date of the reservation, so that we can trace the service history and any disputes.
- Email correspondence — up to 24 months from the last communication.
- Server logs — up to 6 months.
- Accounting documents — for the periods set by Bulgarian legislation.
5. Who we may share the data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Access to it may be given to:
- The hosting and email provider of the site — as a processor acting on our instructions;
- Our staff handling reservations — to the minimum extent necessary;
- Competent authorities — where we are required to do so by law.
We use an embedded Google Maps map and fonts from Google Fonts. When these services load, Google may receive your IP address under its Privacy Policy.
6. Cookies and local storage
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use only technically necessary mechanisms:
- Local storage (localStorage) — remembers the light or dark theme you chose. This information stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
- A temporary technical record — for a few minutes we keep a fingerprint of your reservation request in order to prevent repeated and spam requests.
You can delete this data at any time from your browser settings.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- access the data we process about you;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure (“the right to be forgotten”);
- restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

8. Complaints

9. Security
The site works over a secure connection (HTTPS). We apply technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure of data. Access to reservation requests is limited to the staff who need it for their work.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the legislation change. The current version is always published on this page, and the date above shows the last change.
