Reservation terms

These terms apply to table reservation requests at BLEND Bar & Dinner made through the website or by phone. The trader is Mega Format EOOD, company ID 204324489.

A reservation is free of charge and is not an advance order of food or drinks.

In the form on the website you fill in your name, phone number, date, time and number of guests. A submitted form is a request, not a confirmed reservation.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after a call with our manager. We contact you on the phone number you provided. If we cannot reach you, the request may remain unconfirmed.

We accept reservations for dates up to 6 months ahead and within our opening hours: every day 11:00 – 24:00.

We hold the table for 15 minutes after the reserved time. If you are running late, please call +359 876 300 500 — we will keep it for as long as occupancy allows.

The length of stay may be limited when the restaurant is fully booked; if so, we will tell you when confirming.

You can change or cancel your reservation at any time, free of charge, by calling +359 876 300 500 or by replying to the confirmation email.

Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change, so that the table can be offered to another guest.

For parties of more than 10 people and for private events the terms are agreed separately — a set menu, a deposit or a minimum spend may apply. The details are confirmed in writing before the event.

Bulgarian law and the internal rules of the venue apply. Smoking is allowed only in the designated area. We reserve the right to refuse service in case of behaviour that endangers the safety or the comfort of other guests.

We use the data from your request only to process the reservation. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your request applies to your reservation. The current version is always on this page.
